I called on the rent of this building. It was only $300 a month. That would be the cheapest office ever. I love that sign...I think I would hang it up inside for decoration.
This was set to become the Electric Banana retro-dance club about 7 years ago, but the landlord bugged out on the lease at the last minute. It wouldn't been awesome!
